LIFE IMPROVEMENT'S FLAGSHIP PROJECT

Food Sock: food security meets enterprise.

Launching 5 November 2026, the Food Sock project is designed to do more than place meals on shelves. It is the platform through which Life Improvement intends to prove market demand, build a reputable sales programme, develop community entrepreneurs and generate the momentum required for future manufacturing.

01
Phase One: Market entry. Place products for resale, establish disciplined sales processes and capture the right market niche.
02
Build excitement. Use real sales, reseller stories and customer demand to create a visible market for the future manufacturing plant.
03
Build people. Train entrepreneurs to sell, service customers, manage stock and grow their own income.
04
Build the network. Progress successful resellers toward distributors and Community Food Hubs.

Part 02 of the programme

+LULA: another product pathway.

+LULA sits alongside Food Sock and Kingdom Foods as part of the wider Life Improvement product-and-reseller programme. The website will keep the product story visual, simple and ready for customers and future resellers to explore.

See it. Understand it. Sell it.

+LULA is presented as a product opportunity within the same programme—not as a separate initiative. As the catalogue develops, each product will have its own image, explanation, customer use story and reseller action.

01

02
Clear connection to the reseller programme.
03
Future product additions can be added without changing the programme structure.

Part 03 of the programme

Kingdom Foods: food with purpose.

Kingdom Foods is presented as another product stream within the wider Life Improvement programme, with visual product stories that help families, schools, entrepreneurs and partners understand the opportunity.

VitaKidz, Maxi Blend and JOY Bucket can be introduced through clear product cards, customer stories and reseller pathways. Product relationships and commercial terms remain subject to formal confirmation.

PART 04 • THE ENTERPRISE OPPORTUNITY

Become a Life Improvement Reseller.

Food Sock + +LULA + Kingdom Foods come together here. The reseller programme is the commercial engine that helps products reach households, schools, communities and local markets while building the network needed for the longer-term manufacturing vision.

01
Sell multiple product lines. Build customer relationships around the programme rather than a single product.
02
Earn and grow. Food Sock working figures currently show M10 reseller price, M13.50 recommended customer price and 1 point per M50 of sales value.
03
Build the network. Strong resellers can become part of wider distribution and community-market development.
04
Build toward local manufacturing. Growing sales, partners, demand and networks help create the foundation for financing and local production.

Community Food Entrepreneur Programme

Train. Start. Sell. Earn. Advance.

The programme turns the informal economy into an active part of the solution: people learn, trade, earn points, grow businesses and can progress toward community distribution roles.

Life Improvement entrepreneur training community membersSkills become income when training meets a market.

Our entrepreneurs are not just trained to attend workshops. They are trained to understand products, sell confidently, manage stock, build customers and progress.

Life Improvement reseller team in a retail settingA network that can grow from reseller to hub.

As sales activity grows, the programme can develop community distribution points and stronger local access to food products.

1

Train

Product knowledge, sales fundamentals, food handling, customer service and basic business management.

2

Start

Launch with starter stock, sales materials and an agreed commercial model.

3

Sell

Serve households, informal retailers and community markets while building repeat demand.

4

Earn

Generate retail profit while developing consistent sales activity.

5

Accumulate Points

Earn 1 point for every M50 of sales value. Points can support programme-defined discounts or other advantages and contribute toward eligibility for a future invitation to purchase shares when the manufacturing plant is established.

6

Advance

Move from Starter Entrepreneur to Active Reseller, Senior Reseller, Community Distributor and Community Food Hub.

Interactive reseller model

Buy smart. Sell at 35% markup.

Life Improvement's current reseller model is to make each Food Sock available to resellers at M10 and recommend a 35% markup to the reseller's customer selling price.

Points are earned at 1 point per M50 of customer sales value. Reseller gross margin is shown before operating costs.

Why the points matter

Every M50 in sales value earns 1 point. Points can support programme-defined discounts or other advantages and contribute toward eligibility for an invitation to purchase shares when the Lesotho manufacturing plant is established. An invitation is an eligibility benefit, not a guarantee of shares or investment returns.

The long-term destination

From reselling to local manufacturing.

The reseller programme is intended to do more than create short-term sales. It is designed to help build the market, people, partner network and commercial evidence that can support the search for financing and local manufacturing partners.

THE ECONOMIC CYCLE

Build the market first. Build the factory with the market.

As Food Sock, +LULA and Kingdom Foods move through the reseller network, the programme can generate evidence of customer demand, sales performance, distribution capability and partner reach. That evidence can help Life Improvement engage potential financiers and local partners as the manufacturing plan develops.

01
Financing: build a credible commercial case and pursue appropriate funding and investment opportunities.
02
Local partners: identify businesses, entrepreneurs, logistics providers, agricultural suppliers, packaging, skills and manufacturing partners that can participate.
03
Existing networks: when manufacturing becomes viable, locally produced products should feed into the reseller and distribution networks already built.
04
Long-term jobs: strengthen local value chains so production, distribution and enterprise can continue creating economic opportunity over time.
